About me
Who I am today
I'm an onboarding Project Manager in hotel technology. I guide luxury and ultra-luxury hotels around the world from the moment they sign until their team uses the tool with confidence. Before that, I lived operations from the inside: banquets, sales, food and beverage, concierge.

What brought me here
I've changed countries and roles more than once. What stayed with me through every step was how I manage my time: planning before the urgency hits, caring about the details, and not letting work swallow everything else.
What to expect when working with me
I plan ahead. Surprises are best saved for birthdays.
Details matter. They're what clients remember.
Async by design. We keep moving without waiting on each other, time zones and all.
Calls when they add value. If a message can solve it, I'll save you the meeting.
No marathons, no surprises. I work at a sustainable pace, so results come from planning, not last-minute sprints.
How I work with AI
I use AI as a work partner, not a replacement for my judgment. I review it, I question it, and the final call is always mine. Some real uses:
Clear priorities: it helps me set my goals and review them every week, so my time goes to what truly matters.
Real-time progress: with AI, the project status updates as soon as I send each update, so the team and leaders always know where things stand.
Agents that work with me: I have agents in ClickUp that support my weekly project check-ins, adapt my writing between languages, and process notes from books, courses, and other content.
Visualize to decide: I build visualizations and interactive prototypes to understand data or test an idea before investing in it.
My own brand: I design branding assets and styles for my websites, always with my palette and my judgment.
Research with sources: I combine different tools depending on the task and verify before using any data.
Responsible use: client information only lives in the tools my work approves.
Outside of work
My work has taken me to travel and live in many places. Today I travel slowly: I stay longer in each destination, support local businesses, and look for ways to connect with the people who live there. I'm starting to practice yoga and learn piano 🎹. I'm a total beginner, and that's exactly why I love it: listening to the music and knowing when to play each key keeps me fully present, just like yoga. For years I didn't give myself that space. Now I know that having a life outside of work makes a real difference, even, and especially, when your schedule is demanding.
